In 2005, Caroline and Guido De Paepe-Marreel took over the Auberge Saint-Martin. Since then, they receive their guests in this characteristic family hotel with tavern and restaurant “à la carte”. The chef serves his finest dishes in the restaurant and outside during the summer season.
Situated on a hill near the stream “La Semois”, Orchimont is a quiet village and the place to be for walkers, nature lovers, but also for sporty types such as cyclists, bikers, mountain bikers and kayak enthusiasts.
The renovation works of the building, tavern and restaurant in 2006 give the hotel a new lease of life. In 2007, the owners extended it even more by building a new industrial kitchen, a new terrace at the back and two new garages for bicycles and motorbikes. Nevertheless, it was in 2011 that the biggest change was made. In fact, all the rooms were demolished to make place for the construction of new spacious rooms with bathroom. The hotels meets thus with the fire safety requirements.
You can book the hotel in half board or full board. We adapt ourselves to meet the specific needs of groupes and training courses. We also have gastronomic arrangements for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year. During the hunting season (from October to December), the chef prepares special menus on the weekends.
